Hi, I’m Ana,
I believe it’s never too late to start over. Let’s write your next chapter together.
Maybe you’re trying to hold it together, but inside, you feel like you’re falling apart.
You may feel disconnected, unsure about what’s next, or frustrated by patterns that keep showing up despite your best efforts. Many of the people I work with come to therapy wanting connection and reassurance, but aren’t always sure how to ask for it.
Over time, I’ve seen how even in the hardest moments, the choices we make, and the support we have, can shift everything when we understand how to make them.
That’s why I became a therapist. I help individuals and couples untangle old patterns, rebuild trust (with yourself and others), and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re healing from betrayal, navigating a difficult season in a relationship, or recovering from a painful breakup, you don’t have to do it alone.
My work is grounded in helping clients balance connection and independence, security and freedom. Through small, intentional steps, real change becomes possible. I want to help you find a way forward that feels aligned, sustainable, and true to who you are.
I love supporting people as they break free from old patterns and begin living with more calm, clarity, and confidence. It’s time to turn the page and start writing the story of the life and relationships you know you deserve.
Let’s do it together.

How I Work
My practice is rooted in attachment theory and the belief that our earliest relationships shape how we experience ourselves and others. I take a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are with compassion, curiosity, and creativity.
In sessions, I balance warmth and humor with direct, honest feedback. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and listens, we’ll do real work together. I’ll gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you, while honoring your pace and celebrating your growth as it unfolds.
My approach is relational, trauma informed, and tailored to your goals. I am sex positive, body positive, open/poly/ENM friendly and identity affirming, creating space for you to show up fully and authentically.
Above all, my goal is to help you feel more connected, confident, and at ease in your relationships, including the one with yourself.

Insurance and Fees
-
Using in-network services makes accessing care more convenient and affordable, with lower copays and coverage arranged through your insurance. I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare insurance plans.
NOTE: Most couples therapy services are NOT covered by insurance. Please check your individual plan for coverage details.
-
Using out-of-network benefits allows you to work with the therapist of your choice, even if they’re not in your insurance network. This option may provide partial reimbursement while still offering more flexibility and specialized care tailored to your needs.
A superbill can be provided upon request for clients seeking reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.
-
Choosing a private pay option offers greater flexibility, privacy and control over your care. Without insurance restrictions, you can access the type of support that best fits your needs and avoid diagnoses being added to your medical record.
Please reach out for information on private pay rates and session availability.
When I’m not working as a therapist…
I can be found happily following a new theater debut, hiking through lush forests and arid deserts while dreaming of warm sandy beaches, sharing laughter with family and friends, lounging with my feisty chiweenie, and trying to score reservations for the truly impossible to get into restaurants.
